Well kept and used year around as it still is. It has set on a concrete patio from the start.
The spa is powered by 220 volt on a 50 amp ground fault breaker in the house breaker panel and a 50 amp disconnect behind the spa that goes with spa. Also the steps go with the spa. You will need at least 6 strong men to remove and carry to trailer or truck. I have to remove a section of vinyl 6 foot fence. It will have to be turned on edge to get between vinyl fence posts, as it was when it was installed.
I will have it running when you come after the spa. I will need to have at least a couple hours to drain spa, remove a section of fence, unhook the electrical and remove the disconnect. You drop it, it’s yours. I will not be responsible for any expense of removing spa from my property.
