Order came in less than 2 weeks. Once in backyard was very easy and light to move around for proper placement my son and I were able to move ourselves. All you have to do is take protective wrapping off, fill with water and plug it in. Takes about 24 hours to reach optimal temp.. Usually stays around 105-106. Feels like a nice hot bath.. Not to hot but comfortable. Jets are sufficient for light therapy.. Not strong like your 7000.00 spas or 220v.. But enough to satisfy. Can have colors rotate or set to desired color. Waterfall feature very relaxing for sound effects. Appears to be very well made.. Sturdy resin material also. Not very deep when standing but as deep as in ground spas when sitting. Like the seating design.. Have three large teenage boys who all fit very comfotable.. Fits up to five. Great deal for price and first time spa owners without breaking the bank.
