7 Person Royal Spa hot tub. Includes insulated cover and cover lift. The shell is in excellent condition – no dings, scratches, holes, etc. The surround is real cedar and is in very good shape. It was just restained 2 years ago. Comes with a cedar step to make entrance and exit from spa easy. Year of manufacture was about 2005. Made in USA in Indianapolis. The air pump, heater, spa light all work. A few of the jets and head rests need replacement. The cover and cover lift are both in very good shape. The spa measurements are 89″ x 89″ x 38 tall. Hot tub is currently hooked up on our patio in the backyard. Once it is emptied of water and the electrical is disconnected, it can be stood on its side (after removing the cedar surround) and loaded onto a large dolly.
