AT A GLANCE : This is a 2018 spa, made here locally with the BEST names in spa controls – made only with Balboa brand spa controls and Waterway brand spa parts! This spa has mostly NON PROPRIETARY parts! That means parts are easy to get. Spa is in the higher quality range, called “high end”, like a Hot Springs but not nearly as pricey as one. This is a premium spa, very good quality, and loaded with good features. The pics of it look spectacular but it looks even better in person. But for 20 years they also produce about 5000 hot tubs per year according to my spa supplier. D efinitely one of the hottest looking spas I’ve seen in my 15 years in spas, it’s very pleasing to the eyes. Besides it’s wicked good looks and curves, when you sit in it you will notice how comfy the seats are. Even without water in it. Which means no pressure points. Plus, i t’s easier to maintain than “lower end” spas. The spa has a high quality synthetic cabinet on the outside with wicked good looks on the inside, just see the pics! Everything is the same except that the topside control pad may be a newer version. CONDITION OF SPA : Pristine condition, practically showroom perfect. It had water in it for just a couple of weeks, as a floor model, but no one has ever used it. Gleaming like new, sparkles! Build Description : The reason it’s a good quality spa is because it has the 4 ingredients of a good spa: a thick fiberglass shell, plumbed with glue AND clamps, a fully reinforced frame, a thick plastic bottom, and name brand equipment and pumps. Most spas do NOT have all of these ingredients. But this one is good quality, a good and solid spa. I used to haulaway old hot tubs for 5 years so I’ve seen it all! So many spas with thin shells that flex, and cheap cabinets that warp after a few years. This is a very nicely formed spa too, high tech and wild looking, computer designed! The controls are digital, very easy to use. It has a variety of large-nozzle soft feel jets for your back, and a variety of medium to heavy flow jets for your neck, calves and feet. It also has full air with air controllers near the seats, always a nice feature. The interior shell has a really nice modern-contemporary finish, it looks very classy and makes the water look very clear and clean. The outside exterior cabinet are synthetic panels, not laminate, it looks fantastic. And classy too, not cheap looking. Plus it’s maintenance free! Made with high quality synthetic material, thick too. Spa also has soft padded headrests that DONT fade prematurely. Also LED lit drink holders to set drinks too. Spa is fully foamed, but not over-foamed where you can’t service it easily. But the key thing is it’s not OVER foamed, very important. And all the exterior panels are removable, all sides 360, making it a very easy spa to service. The spa has overheat and freeze protection of course. AND it has the 4 most important ingredients in a spa: a thick rigid shell, a full and solid frame, a thick plastic bottom, and name brand electrical equipment! Good spas like this last 20+ years. The heater is even stainless steel, nice. Also worth mentioning: there’s almost NO proprietary parts in this spa which means you can easily find parts for it from online parts suppliers. Also, there’s a special feature definitely worth mentioning: the spa shell has column supports under each corner seat of the shell, a helpful structural feature that’s missing in most spas. Spa Cover : A cover is not included with the spa however I can get you one new for only 175 and deliver it with the spa. It’s the thicker 5″ x 3″ folding kind. Just no personal checks of any kind, sorry! However free tech support is! The spa panels are easily removable 360 degrees, no obstructions. Only 12 panels total, making it a very easy spa to service. However I doubt you will ever have an issue for a long long time, if ever. The reason is because it’s a good spa with good parts, I rarely get a call needing a part. The cheaper spas are just too much hassle. I will be the person delivering it if you are local, for no charge. I will explain how to easily move it down your driveway as well. Example: it rolls easily on pvc pipe. OR, can also pick it up from your local trucking terminal if you have a trailer. OR, have a spa mover pick it up. But through me it’s only around the price of an airline ticket or local spa move – so only about 250 to 650 depending on your distance from Florida of course. Transit time is typically 1 day PER state from Florida. They usually deliver in the mornings or early afternoons. IF they ask you if you have a way to unload it from the truck, just say YES no problem. Which I will do if you need it. Please let me know if you need it. Otherwise it’s actually quite easy to unload it with only 4 people. It will be DIRT cheap and you won’t find it cheaper, by far, guaranteed. Prefer to pick it up at the terminal? Or so i hear. Notes : I did hot tub and spa haul-a-ways for 5 or 6 years so I’ve seen lots of different spas… This is a GOOD spa, meaning well made. It’s difficult for many manufacturers to produce a thick enough spa shell because they warp easily during production. The thicker you build it up, the more they warp. Thus it takes much experience and skill to produce a thick spa shell. Just like it takes skill to produce a good boat. Same with spa shells.
