This is a genuine Hot Springs tub. It is in good operational shape. All functions work great. Top cover has some tears in the vinyl so it’s no longer watertight, but it still works well for holding heat. We are in Winchester, Virginia. End of driveway is about 200 feet from the deck that the spa sits on, there are 9 steps from the deck down to the yard level, and tub weighs about 1,000 pounds.
