I installed a larger spa in my deck 3 years ago and this has been sitting in my basement unused since. It has a Balboa control pack, ozonator, water fall and light. Over the years I have replaced a few of the jets you can see the different colors in the pictures. When I was setting it back up and preparing for sale, I noticed the connectors on the heater had some corrosion. Rather than just cleaning the connectors, I have installed a NEW Balboa heater to ensure trouble free operation for the new owner. (The old heater can be included if you want it). The cover is in average condition. It is perfectly serviceable as is but does have some cracks in the vinyl around the edges here and there, and one of the sewn seams along one of the edge flaps has come loose. The tub itself is very. Clean inside and out and has been well cared for. Pick it up, fill it up, plug it in, and its ready to use. This is not big task, but it is not a small task either. It also weighs a good 300 pounds empty, so bring some friends with you. I also expect it to be picked up within a reasonable period of time that is mutually acceptable.
