It has 2″ intake and 2″ outlet and will work in place of Waterway, Vico, Sta-Rite, GE, Emerson, A. O Smith, ITT or Aqua-flo spa pumps and in most cases the unions will wind straight on. This hot tub pump is used to run low speed for heating and high speed for the boost operation, making it very economical. In most cases you will find that the wet end is the same but the motor may be made by a different company. Getting the right size face plate. The wet end on the pump can easily be rotated to point either up, down, left or right by simply undoing the bolts that hold it onto the rear. The wiring instructions for this motor are under the capacitor housing cover on the top of the pump motor.
