This hot seats 4 people. Has an easy lift cover installed in 2014. A new heater and control assembly installed in 2011. Inside tubs are lights, hydro jets and air bubbler system. Included are: all chemicals, spare parts, manuals and paperwork. Bad news is the pump impeller just broke as of August 21, 2016. Motor does run may need just impeller or a whole pump assembly. The decision was made to sell because kids are now gone off to college and we do not use it enough. It has been well maintained.
