Check operation of drain valve. Remove filter from cartridge, inspect & clean with recommended filter cleaner. Replace if using disposable filters at customers expence. 5 person hot tub. Here is what I know: Great deal here. We want the space to expand the bar and outdoor seating area. Originally, we thought we would use the tub which came with the house. The tub turned on and was working last summer when I had a spa company out to the house. We wound up not wanting to through the expense of the monthly maintenance and upkeep as we do not live at this house full time. The spa is at ground level. No steps to deal with. You will need to come and haul it away. I will have the electrical connections disconnected by my electrician prior to your arrival. The hot tub is in Barnegat, NJ NOT Fort Lee! Exit 67 on the GSP.
