SPA features a state of the art rotational molding manufacturing process, also known as roto-molding. A heated hollow mold is filled with a powdered high impact polyethylene polymer. The mold is mounted on a single arm machine that rotates the mold biaxial while heating it externally. The high impact polymer softens, therefore, uniformly coating the inside of the mold. Once cooled the two part mold is opened exposing a single piece spa. The spa benefits from consistent wall thickness and density creating a structurally strong spa. In addition to the durable nature of our spas, they do not contain any wood, metal or vinyl, which means they will never rot, rust or tear. The spas are truly portable, available in beautiful color combinations that require no maintenance, and can withstand even the harshest climates–it will look as beautiful in years to come as it did on the first day. Another huge advantage is their ease of installation! Because of the light weight design, spa can be moved very easy and require no special electrical hookups. The heater and pump are working. All Emerald shells are made with non-toxic cast acrylic sheet co-extruded with acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). After the molding process the shells are undercoated with environmentally friendly Acrylobond® to enhance stability. This process reinforces the shell and provides a total moisture barrier to eliminate the possibility of blistering, cracking, or delaminating. Spa cabinet isn’t in good condition. It’s possible that the cabinet will fall over and you will need a new cabinet. After you move the tub, we won’t accept return.
