I have here a spa Control Hot Tub Heater Controller Pack ACC SMTD1000. It was used less than a dozen times. Heater works great and is included along with the control panel and wiring. However there was a patch done to the control panel wiring that doesnt effect operation (pictured). There no longer is a wiring diagram on the metal plate cover and is is missing the screws that hold it. But easy to look up online and also to get screws.
