There are 2 zones (2 motors) and both function properly. The heater and everything mechanical regarding the hot tub is fully functional. There is also an ozone contraption built into the unit. The hot tub could use a new cover and one of the access panels on the outside cabinet has a chip (see pic). The steps are included as well as the ipad stand. This hot tub has been drained and winterized every winter, including this winter. As you can see from the picture it has been drained for the winter, but i can turn it on if you need to see it work – i guarantee it is working order.
