You are looking at a red wood hot system I had installed about 22 years ago. Not interested in a hot tub. As you can see, the equipment is inside and has been spared the ravages of time and weather. About 5 years ago, after my son left for college, I drained the system and removed the rubber liner. A few weeks ago I got a new. Control panel and started to rewire the system (hence all the unfinished wiring). The tub is 6 feet in diameter and 3.5 feet deep and has 3 benches. When I removed the rubber liner I disconnected the hoses and took out the jets. Some of the jets need to be replaced or need a good cleaning. The heater is gas operated – Raypak Versa Model 155A and was in good working condition when I shut the system down. The pump is a Jacuzzi Magnum 1000. Other equipment includes: Freeze protector, Blower, Automatic Water purification System, Len Gordon Control Panel. Manuals and complete instruction are in a binder.
