We are intending to use the space in our lanai for a table and chairs. So, if you’d like to have it removed (T & D will take it out for 400) and have the space for it, it’s yours. The filter will keep the hot tub crystal clear w/o the salt water feature. The multi rotation lights are quite impressive at night… The two stage pump works beautifully. The new 4 inch thick cover and lift assist we installed two years ago at 450 is included. We’ll relist it… And we’ll be square.
